With the increasing role of primary care physicians, as well as practice nurses, in addressing the burden of cardiovascular disease, it is of increasing importance to expand the educational activities of the EPCCS. Thereby the EPCCS annual meeting becomes an attractive marketing opportunity for our industry partners active in healthcare management.

The EPCCS values the role of industry partners and considers this as an important cooperation in order to achieve it’s mission that is focussed on the role of primary care physicians in addressing the growing burden of cardiovascular disease.

The EPCCS has defined different sponsor opportunities to support the Annual Scientific meeting. All are aimed to improve the attendance and the educational quality of the meeting, such as:
- Sponsoring delegates to attend the meeting and maximize the number of participants
- Offering opportunities for promotional activities, such exhibitions, advertising, distribution of promotional materials and other
- Educational grants for satellite programmes or lectures (educational objectives and content are under auspices of the board of the EPCCS).
 

EPCCS Educational Friends

New is the option to be come an ‘educational friend’ of the EPCCS. Educational friends commit for a 3-year period their support to the EPCCS. As educational friend you will become an educational partner of the society and provide support on an ongoing basis to help achieve our mission by maintaining educational programmes such as our website. The board of the EPCCS provides the option to their educational friends to liaison on specific issues related to cardiovascular disease in primary care in Europe.
