Professor Arno Hoes, Utrecht, the Netherlands and  Professor Richard Hobbs, Oxford University, United Kingdom,  co-chairman of 4th annual meeting of the the European Primary Care Cardiovascular Society (EPCCS), offered a warm welcome to over 400 delegates from across Europe.
